Shipping Methods and Costs

• We offer [Standard (with tracking Approx. delivery 7-9 days and Rush (with tracking) Approx. delivery 3-5 days. 
• Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can estimate shipping costs during checkout.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.

Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship to the United States.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 7-10 days. 
• Expedited Shipping: 3-4 days. 

Tracking Information

• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our shipping carrier's website.

KR Hair Source Return/Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 28  days of the delivery date.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Return Process

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return and obtain a return authorization number.
2. Package the item securely and include the return authorization number and a copy of your order confirmation.
3. Ship the item to the return address provided.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned item.
• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exclusions

• Custom orders, personalized items, and sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations are not eligible for returns.
